Create games with Game Maker!

Game Maker is a very powerful and popular game creation platform.

I used it to create Swords and Sorcery, which demonstrates that you can create many types of games, not just the typical Super Mario Bros remake!

This section on creating games with GM takes a lot of examples out of S&S, with sample code from the store menu scripts, where you buy weapons, armor, food (…), the combat scripts, world management scripts and much more!
